DUCKY DERBY FESTIVAL 2009

The Aspen Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, a humanitarian organization which embodies the spirit of "Service Above Self."

Funds raised by the Ducky Derby help to promote education, health and human services, community building, and recreational/sports activitites in the Roaring Fork Valley. Internationally, money is leveraged through matching grants to fund education, clean water projects, critical medical aid such as surgeries, equipment, wheelchairs and prostheses for the disabled, and the empowerment of people through small business development.

Rotary clubs throughout the world have dedicated resources toward making the planet polio-free through Rotary International's signature cause, Polio Plus.
